Delivery Processing Time in the UAE: We would like to inform you that confirming your order before 9:00 PM guarantees delivery the next day. However, during the month of Ramadan, orders confirmed before 12:00 midnight will be delivered the next day. Our courier will contact you through your mobile number or WhatsApp for coordination.
Choosing or Checking Policy:
We always prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our customers before and after the purchase. Therefore, we provide a sufficient period for inspection and selection after receiving the order from the delivery company, allowing the customer to ensure the quality of the product and its suitability to their expectations.
Considering that we rely on delivery companies, it is challenging to provide an opportunity for selection before the purchase, as the delivery time is limited, and the delivery personnel cannot assist in the selection process.
The option of receiving the order from the delivery company provides the customer with sufficient time for inspection, with the possibility of replacement within 48 hours after receipt.
