• Shipping fees vary depending on the customer’s location and are either 25 AED or 50 AED.

• Exchanges are not accepted for products that have been opened or used unless they have manufacturing defects.

7. International Orders:
Thank you for your trust in us and your interest in our services. Regarding internationally shipped items, we would like to clarify that exchanges are not possible for several reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause:
• High shipping costs: The exchange process requires shipping the item back to us and then reshipping it to the customer, resulting in double shipping costs that the customer must bear.
• No international shipping partner: Unfortunately, we do not have a shipping partner that facilitates the return of items from outside the UAE to us.
• Customs procedures: Items shipped from outside the UAE are subject to customs inspection, and due to the nature of the goods, they will be confiscated upon entry into the UAE.
